According to the news published on 23.11.2022, Šiaulių bankas and Invalda INVL are merging their retail businesses. Therefore, INVL Life intends to transfer all its rights and obligations under all insurance contracts no later than 31 December 2023 to SB draudimas.

We inform you that INVL Life, uždaroji akcinė draudimo bendrovė (UADB) (a closed joint-stock company, the data of which is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities of Lithuania, code: 305859887, address: Gynėjų str. 14, Vilnius, Lithuania; hereinafter – “INVL Life“) intends to transfer all its rights and obligations under all life insurance contracts (hereinafter – “Insurance Contracts”) to gyvybės draudimo UAB “SB draudimas” (life insurance closed joint-stock company, data on which is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania, code: 110081788, address: Laisvės pr. 3, Vilnius, Lithuania; hereinafter – “SB draudimas“).

All Insurance Contracts concluded via “INVL Life”, uždaroji akcinė draudimo bendrovė Eesti filiaal (registry code: 16456570, address: Harju county, Tallinn, Lõõtsa tn 12, 11415, Republic of Estonia; hereinafter – “INVL Life Estonian Branch”) will be transferred to the Estonian branch of SB draudimas upon its establishment. Accordingly, SB draudimas intends to take over your contract(s) currently concluded with INVL Life Estonian Branch. After the transfer of the business of INVL Life Estonian Branch, the Insurance Contracts will continue to be carried out by the Estonian branch of SB draudimas and the terms and conditions of the Insurance Contracts will remain the same.

It is planned that the rights and obligations under the Insurance Contracts will be transferred to SB draudimas no later than 31 December 2023. The transfer will be carried out only after receiving the consent of the Bank of Lithuania for INVL Life to transfer the rights and obligations under the Insurance Contracts to SB draudimas and after fulfilling all other conditions of the transaction. The specific transfer date will depend on the timing of the fulfilment of all conditions of the transaction. INVL Life will announce about the exact date and related procedures of transfer on its website: www.invl.ee.

The information about the transfer of Insurance Contracts will also be announced publicly in accordance with the legal requirements of the Republic of Estonia.

This transfer does not require any additional action from you. The contracts continue under the same conditions and the communication channels remain the same. Information related to the contract can also be viewed in the customer service environment E-Life.
