Our investment management and life insurance group INVL is recognized for its significant contribution to the development of the local capital market. The group‘s parent company, Invalda INVL, is considered one of the pioneers of private equity management in the Baltic region.
Since 1995, the shares of Invalda INVL have been listed on the NASDAQ Baltic exchange. The shares of the group companies INVL Technology, INVL Baltic Farmland and INVL Baltic Real Estate have traded on the stock exchange since 2014.
Our group currently manages over 20 investment funds and pension funds in Lithuania and Latvia (second and third pillar), life insurance commitments in all Baltic States as well as private portfolios of financial instruments. The group company INVL Asset Management owns 51% of the shares of the Lithuania-based asset management company Mundus.
The basis of our business model is to give priority to the interests of the people who have entrusted funds to the group‘s companies for investment and management, to their financial security and long-term returns.
The group‘s parent company, Invalda INVL, invests in INVL-managed products together with the clients of our companies, because we believe in the investment products we develop and we care for the customer funds entrusted to us as we would with our own.

Back in 2019, one of our group’s strategic goals was to become our customers’ first choice when it comes to long-term savings and personal financial management. Thus, to offer our customers a wide range of solutions that can ensure their financial security, we added another product group to our service basket – a variety of life insurance solutions. That is why we acquired the life insurance business of Mandatum Life Insurance Company Limited in the Baltics, which is now conducted through branches of INVL Life in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
The team of Mandatum Life employees who have joined us bring exceptional knowledge in the field of life insurance, and we ourselves have 30 years of professional investment experience.
